H. Keith Cooley
Vice President, Engineering

Keith Cooley is an information technology veteran who leads all of Oversight Systems’ product development and engineering efforts. Prior to joining Oversight, he was chief customer officer at Atlanta-based Witness Systems. Cooley was also executive vice president of Product Development for Atlanta-based EzGov, Inc. He also served as vice president of Engineering for Internet Security Systems (ISS), where he was responsible for production of the company’s award-winning product lines.

Prior to ISS, Cooley served in multiple senior-level roles at Dun & Bradstreet Software, including vice president of Information Systems, vice president of Worldwide Client Server Support and vice president of the company’s European Support and Development, headquartered in Brussels. He was also a member of the executive management team at Management Science America (MSA), where he managed various support, engineering and marketing functions prior to its acquisition by Dun & Bradstreet Software.

Cooley holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech). He serves on the Georgia Tech College of Computing Advisory Board and is a member of the university’s Academy of Distinguished Engineering Alumni. He has served as a member of the board of trustees for the Alexander-Tharpe Fund and for the Georgia Tech Alumni Association.
