Jack Nichols
Chief Financial Officer
Jack Nichols has occupied senior financial roles in large, public companies as well as private, early-stage ventures. As CFO of Oversight Systems, he is responsible for driving all financial and administrative functions.
Prior to joining Oversight, Nichols served as CFO of Innosource, where he helped transform the company from a family-run business to a growth-oriented, institutionally owned operation. He was also senior vice president, Finance & Administration, and CFO at Datawire, where he was instrumental in its conversion to a professionally managed, customer-focused organization that was ultimately acquired by its largest client. Earlier, he served as senior vice president and CFO for Atlanta-based Incanta, Inc., where he guided it from its development stage through the implementation of business operations. As vice president, Finance, and CFO for NetSchools Corporation, Nichols completed a $30 million private placement equity offering. In addition, he also led a successful initial public offering that raised $27 million and a subsequent $35 million secondary public offering on NASDAQ for Innotrac Corporation.
During his career, Nichols has held various other senior-level financial management positions, including at GTE and Contel Corporation. He received a master’s degree in Business Administration from Emory University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University. Nichols is a certified public accountant (CPA).
