Jack Nichols
Chief Financial Officer
Jack Nichols has occupied senior financial roles both in large public companies and in private, early stage companies. Most recently, as Chief Financial Officer of Innosource, Mr. Nichols helped transform the company from a family run business to a growth oriented institutionally owned operation. As Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration and CFO of Datawire, Mr. Nichols was part of new senior management team that transformed the company into a professionally managed, customer-focused company that was ultimately acquired by its largest customer. Mr. Nichols also served as Senior Vice President and CFO for Atlanta-based Incanta, Inc., where he guided the company from its development stage through the implementation of business operations. Previously, as Vice President, Finance and CFO for NetSchools Corporation, Mr. Nichols completed a $30 million private placement equity offering. In addition, Mr. Nichols led a successful initial public offering that raised $27 million and a subsequent $35 million secondary public offering on the NASDAQ for Innotrac Corporation. Mr. Nichols has also held various senior level financial management positions at both GTE and Contel Corporation, in both the landline and wireless operations. Mr. Nichols holds a Masters of Business Administration from Emory University and a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University. Mr. Nichols is a CPA.
