Oversight provides Professional Services for Oversight product installation, configuration and customization, and Business Process Assessments.

The iterative Oversight implementation process enables customers to see immediate results and gain a rapid ROI, while tuning, refining and expanding their monitoring capabilities. The process begins by helping the customer define business objectives and success metrics. Next, the Oversight Professional Services team works with the customer to align those business objectives to the implementation project objectives. Initial Integrity Checks™ are selected based on the targeted risk area, and a workflow is designed around the business process. Target data is extracted and mapped to the Oversight Audit Data Warehouse; Integrity Checks are configured, refined and put into production, and the data is analyzed. The results are used to guide further refinement, even as the next risk area is targeted using the same method. This proven process results in the customer achieving quantifiable results and hard-dollar savings from the outset, while supporting sustainable continuous improvement.

This same core process is employed for a Business Process Assessment (BPA). The BPA is a controlled-scope implementation of the Oversight solution, enabling customers to evaluate a specific business process, and to verify the value of implementing a full Oversight solution.
