Oversight understands that even the most comprehensive feature set cannot drive value in your business. That can only be accomplished by putting those features to work effectively, and that comes down to the users who work with the Oversight system on a routine basis. For that reason, Oversight incorporates end-user training into the normal implementation process in order to ensure that our customers gain the fullest advantage from their Oversight implementations. The Oversight Workbench interface is intuitive and easy to use; end-user training normally takes only about 4 hours, delivered at the customer site, and typically takes place immediately prior to Production Cutover.

Most Oversight customers work with our resources to customize a set of pre-defined Integrity Checks™ from our comprehensive Knowledge Libraries for their analysis. However, for those Customers who desire to develop and maintain their own Integrity Checks, we offer a for-fee 5-day Technical Training course.
