A defined process for managing exception handling allows for easy resolution, and offers configurable assignment and resolution options. Automated workflow features make it easy to customize and enforce mandatory process flows. Exceptions can be automatically assigned to specific users and roles, and automated alerts inform management of exception status and backlogs.
